Proper posture, combined with back and abdominal muscle-strengthening exercises, can lead to reduced back pain and improved quality of life. At our wellness center, private Pilates sessions are personally tailored to improve your fitness level or rehabilitate an injury. During your sessions, we’ll address neuro-muscular re-education, spinal stabilization, upper and lower extremity mechanics, coordination, and balance.
